As we meditate on his Word day and night, as we focus on the Lord in this life, not going after the things of this world, the plain fact remains that we are not as good at making money as others, our attention is taken up with other things. While we do work for a living, the condition of the economy is not good out here in California and work is slow at best. There are few things we can stomach less than asking anyone for money. It is much more blessed to give than it is to receive and we wouldn’t dream of receiving money from people who cannot afford to give. We are not a tax exempt 501-C3, and we never will be. If you do have of this worlds goods and you see us as your brothers in the Lord Jesus, I am sure that not one dime will go to waste for nought. Or maybe you just need help with your Heating or Air Conditioning system, we can do that as well. Should we ever come into your heart or mind in this regard please know that you will be helping a brother in the Lord and his large family, don’t look at us as some sort of “holy men”, “priest” or “clergy”, we don’t believe in the clergy - laity separation, we are just brothers and sisters in the Lord; we are just as likely to give you things of this world as we have access to them. Ok, got that? No false humility here, not going to beat around the bush, not going to pretend that we don’t have expenses, just being straight up with you. As Christians we should all be in this together, one family, one faith and one God! As you have needs let us know, if you consider us your brothers and you are in our family, the family of God, why not? If we are brothers than we are in this together! OK? If you do not have of this worlds goods, then you shouldn’t feel bad about it, God Bless You! Don’t you think it is time for Christians to start acting like Christians?
